Sushi Cafe, a really small easy-to-miss restaurant in Santacruz, has really delicious sushi options – and even vegetarian ones. Try their Ikibana vegetarian sushi with asparagus, avocado and cucumber and the tofu chilli sushi with a spicy Japanese chilli sauce.
