The next course is Lobster Agnolotti with brown butter crumbs, grilled scallion sauce, chimichurri and black rice flakes or Mushroom Agnolotti made with mushroom and ricotta for the vegetarians, followed by Autumn - yet another Gin and Tonic – with ginger & thyme shrub tonic water and ginger- thyme spring Ice.
Next up, they’ve got Khapli Wheat Spaghetti- handmade Khapli Wheat Spaghetti with coconut cream, bean-sprouts, pickled mushrooms, spiced peanuts, coriander & amaranth pesto followed by Gnocchetti with Lamb Ragu - a dish with Ragi & Black Rice Gnocchetti with Lamb Ragu, roasted tomatoes, Kale, pickled Amaranth caviar & shaved Grana Padano.
Vegetarians can enjoy a portion of Gnocchetti with Soy Ragu. As you enjoy your sumptuous meal, you’ll be served your third cocktail for the night – Starry Night - with Gin, coffee and star anise tonic water, and served with a coffee bean Ice. Wrap up the meal with a delicious light Basil Panna Cotta – with pistachio sponge, honeycomb and grapefruit!
