AkkarBakkar is a storytelling and publishing platform that curates and publishes original content from writers and creators. This Saturday they've organised an anonymous storytelling event where people will be sharing their own experiences up on stage.
What's great about this is that it is all about breaking those taboos that say that there are some things we cannot discuss in public or share with anyone. However, everyone deserves to have a voice and to be heard without the fear of being judged for their choices. This is a chance to do just that.
This is a curated storytelling event, where 7-8 storytellers will step up on stage and share their own experiences without the fear of being judged in a completely anonymous manner. Each story will be around 6 minutes and performed on stage. They have been carefully selected before the show.
AkkarBakkar's event #VoicesOverFaces is all about sharing and connecting with other people without the fear of societal judgement that might hold you back from telling your tale and giving yourself a chance to speak your mind and express yourself.
