What Makes It Awesome?

"Ahar" means food in Sanskrit and “Veda” is defined as scripture containing philosophies.

The concept for preparation of food is to combine age-old principles of wellness-centric food that science practised in Ancient India that'll result in creating wholesome, tasty food.

The ambience is quite peaceful with walls decorated in shades of yellow with verses from the Gita and Vedas painted on it. 

Their best offering is Vegan and Gluten-free Thali. The food (thali) was served in a silver thali which had mix veg salad, for starters, they served veg cutlet, ragi dhokla, and for the main course, there was dal palak, sarso aloo sabzi, Meloni tarkari, suran Punjabi, dudhi rice, and rice bhakri. And a serving of gajar ka halwa for dessert. There were condiments like pickled carrots {without oil}, mirch ki chatni, chunda, and green coriander chutney.

Even the water they serve here is infused with lemon, cucumber, mint, and basil. The chaas {INR 90} made from coconut milk was fresh and creamy, and an absolute must-try.
