Far Cry 5

Everyone who is familiar with the definition of Insanity knows that Far Cry is a big deal. And this March, Far Cry travels to a pagan sandbox called Hope County, where a violent father is expecting sacrifices. Mixing elements from Sons of Anarchy and retaining every inch of the insane storytelling of Far Cry, FC5 is your first reason to stay indoors.

Although there’s a Part 2 in the name title, Red Dead 2 goes a few years before the real Red Dead. You discover the birth of the Dutch gang and the rise and fall of John Marston. But most importantly, it’s been 8 years since RDR. Expect a lot of changes and a vast prairie land, from the guys who make Grand Theft Auto!

Anthem

When Destiny the original was released, I had the same amount of excitement around the concept of a fallen Earth and a group of sentinels risking to restore the balance. Anthem is an upcoming title from BioWare {the guys behind Mass Effect and Dragon Age} and focuses on an online, open world full of beasts and exosuit-empowered Co-Op friends. On paper, it’s Destiny meets Titanfall.

Crackdown is a big deal if you’ve played the previous editions on the Xbox, and this one just keeps getting the hype even more. Detroit: Become Human

Director David Cage and Quantic Dreams are known for making games that move people and make onions cry. An asymmetric storyline that moves basis on decisions that a gamer takes, the duo has given the critically acclaimed Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls in the past. In this game, you play as Androids who are trying to fit into a noir, cyber punk world.

Death Stranding

If you’ve seen Black Mirror Season 3’s Playtest, you’ll know how whacked in the head Hideo Kojima is. He is a perfectionist when it comes to Game Development. Death Stranding is his ‘F U’ letter to Konami Studios and stars Norman Reedus (Daryl of TWD) and Mads Mikkelsen (Hannibal) apart from Director-Actor Guillermo Del Toro. The gameplay is vague but we definitely expect a Game of the Year contender when it’s finally out.
