Do You Yoga? You Will, After Seeing These Instagram Handles

Ipsita posted on 06 January

So the new year’s here and you’re making {and already breaking} all your resolutions. If your list of resolutions comprises getting more than just getting a ‘hot bod’ for the summers and actually go the holistic mind, body, and soul route, yoga is for you.

And we’re here to give you some inspiration to get you off your bed and on your yoga mat.

Prenatal yoga coming up!!! So far today we've filmed a Deep&Slow Hip-Opening Flow, a Mindfully Powerful class (for all pregnant ladies out there that still want to sweat!), an Energizing Flow for when you need a pick-me-up and a Calming Flow with the best Savasana everrrr. Yoga during pregnancy is so yummy! Let's see how many classes we can film before this preggo needs a nap☺️🙈😇 #pregnancy #prenatalyoga #yogaeverydamnday

It was a life-changing wrist injury that led Irene Pappas to turn to yoga and there’s been no coming back. While Irene prefers a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, she has recently expanded her study to hand balancers, circus performers, and even contortionists! Check her out for some mind-blowing yoga poses and also her awesome tattoos.

Haven't done one of these in ages. Body is begging for a chakrasan 🙈🙈 #yogasini

Radhika Bose is a spunky young yoga blogger who does what she loves and says exactly what’s on her mind. So if you’re a little sick and tired of preachy yoga gurus whom you can’t really understand, you’re going to like Yogasini’s spirit.

You’ll occasionally find her doing a chakrasana in heels and lehenga, which is always fun.

Dylan Werner Yoga

We can draw the arrow, pull the string and aim the bow but once we release the arrow we can only watch it fly and hope the wind doesn't blow it off course. I believe we should do all we can to prepare but not be attached to the plan. There's only so much we can do but at a certain point we have to let go. #yoga Shorts by @aloyoga

This full-time travelling yoga teacher comes from a military background. If you’ve always thought of yoga being too gentle for a dude, you should check out some of the crazy {yet super graceful} asanas this guy pulls off.

Pebbled streets, beaches, rocky waterfalls, or mountains, he can start just about anywhere and we’re not complaining.

Deepika Mehta Yoga

Creation and destruction are the two ends of the same moment. And everything between the creation and the next destruction is the journey of life. -Amish Tripathi, The Oath of the Vayuputras (Shiva Trilogy) 📷 @radeshphotography Cholis:@shilpareddyofficial

Flexibility should be her middle name, because oh dear God, some of the moves she pulls off don’t look humanly possible. After a near death rock climbing accident a decade ago, when doctors told her she could never walk again, Deepika turned to meditation, pranayama, and alternate healing thorough yoga.

Watching her entire Instagram feed is a treat, but we’re biased to her bohemian style photoshoots in the forest. Is it a dance, is it yoga? We can’t tell. We just know it’s all very beautiful.

Nikki Carter’s asanas are ever so slightly ballet-esque—with pointed toes and lots of grace. Her headstands are giving us major goals and so is her yogawear.
