Calling out all the foodies, the Hyatt Pune in Kalyani Nagar is hosting a Chinese Festival at Baan Tao, the Award Winning Pan-Asian restaurant serving authentic Chinese, Thai, Malay, Indonesian and Vietnamese delicacies. The festival commences on 25th April and will go on till 12th May, 2019.
If you think Chinese cuisine is all about dumplings and noodles, you are in for a shock. Bringing forth the authentic spicy flavours from the Sichuan kitchens, this street-style Chinese food is set to tickle your palette. Enjoy starters such as Dou ban jiang string beans, crispy cumin calamari, wok-fried mushroom, Sichuan -style prawns and many more. The mains consist of Sichuan-style large plates such as Mapo-tofu, scallops, wok-tossed spinach and mushroom in sweet chilli sauce.
Don't forget to end your meal with banana fritters with coconut ice-cream and Mandarin creme-brulee.
