Keeping in line with the overall brand philosophy at Good News Dhaba, the menu is primarily North Indian and inspired by dishes from various Dhabas in India. Many of the dishes on the menu are probably new to Punekars and the team at Good News Dhaba hopes to expose these distinctive eats to our ever growing foodies!
The Shorba menu at Good News Dhaba features four very distinct varieties. Head chef’s favourite Tamatar Tulsi Da Shorba which is made from the choicest tomatoes and infused with Tulsi from their very own herb garden which gives it a very fragrant aroma, Meatwala Adraki Shorba which is made using a fresh meat stock and ginger that is simmered over a long period of time and is the perfect remedy to a cold or cough, Kali Mirch Da Palak as the name suggests is a warm Spinach and Lentil soup spiced with fresh, crushed black pepper and lastly The Murgh Galliana Shorba which is not your regular chicken stock soup but this one in fact is quite rich with flavours of Saffron and healthy oats – all the things your mummy would want you to eat.
