The first of it’s kind in Pune, Indah is a pioneer in the bean-to-bar chocolate movement in India. If you haven’t yet tried one of their deliciously dark chocolate bars, you’re missing out!

Tell Me More

Started in July 2015, Indah is the brainchild of chocolate wizard Luvin Paryani. To Luvin, producing chocolate is an artform – and one that he takes very seriously. Using modern European as well as traditional methods, and by slow-roasting and stone grinding the cacao in small batches – Indah makes minimally processed chocolate that’s lip-smacking good.

They’re also very particular about where they source their ingredients from, choosing the ethical route by maintaining direct relationships with the farmers that produce the cocoa beans, and compensating them over and above the trade rate. In addition, a portion of the proceeds from every Indah product sold is put towards child education and empowerment.

Indah‘s current range includes bars of 61% cocoa dark chocolate infused with peppermint, orange, salted almond, and a plain variety. For the light-hearted there’s also a 45% cocoa pure milk chocolate bar available in plain, and with roast almonds.

Each of the bars are priced at INR 99 each, and INR 549 for gift box of 6 bars. They also have a rich, dark {36% cocoa} drinking chocolate {from INR 190+ onwards}, and a baking-friendly unsweetened cocoa powder {INR 245+ onwards} that you can enjoy in the comfort of your home.

Anything Else?

By Diwali season in October, Indah will be launching a new range of flavours, the likes of Himalayan pink salt, cranberry, gold dust, and salted caramel popcorn – to name a few. Luvin also hopes to open their own confectionery store by Jan/Feb 2018. Indah also supplies their chocolate to several major restaurants, and are looking to launch more cooking-friendly items like cocoa butter, covertures, etc. in smaller quantities. For special occasions, personalised gifting, or wedding announcements; you can even customise your own chocolate bar {using nuts, dry fruits, blueberries etc.} and packaging with Indah, for a minimum order of 200 bars.

So, We're Saying...

Indah‘s chocolate is smooth, and rich-tasting – and we can’t get enough of it! You can buy directly from their website as well as a handful of other online platforms, including Facebook. In Pune, they retail at Cafe One O Eight in Koregaon Park, Dorabjees, Godrej Nature’s Basket, and Fine Foods. They also supply to stores across the country, in Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata – so spread the good word!
