Ever since its inception in 2005, Indigo Deli at Phoenix Market City has redefined the authentic Deli experience in Pune. Their in-house chefs are known for experimenting with the daily menu to produce special dishes based on ingredients available during the season.
However, the talk of the town is it’s Indigo Deli’s birthday week and a handcrafted menu of 12 dishes has been carefully chalked out for the customers. The specials will be available till July 6 at all Indigo Deli outlets and then as standalone dishes at the chefs’ respective restaurants.
Choose from an array of soups like caramelized onions and water chestnuts with chestnut pistou and rye croutons or the deli mud crab bisque with crab quenelle & truffle drizzle.
Under salads, either try the detox beets & limes with herb labneh salad or ham, poached egg & bagel salad. Sandwich lovers, you must dig the charred peach & brie with caramelized onions and D’Deli shrimp sub.
From the mains selection, we highly recommend you to try the ravioli of roasted butter nut squash, shallots, and mascarpone by Chef Donald Fernandes or the deli classic chicken casserole by Chef Jaydeep Mukherjee.
End your lavish dinner with a plate of the delectable deli banoffee pie by Chef Suresh Kumar.
