By definition, mead is an alcohol made by fermenting honey and water along with additions of fruits, grains and spices. Moonshine Meadery is all set to bottle up their newest brew and supply it across bars in Mumbai and Pune. The mead will be available in pint bottles!
Although the company has experimented with quirky flavours like chocolate-orange, coffee, jamun and vanilla in the past, for their first commercial release they have chosen to go with the classic honey-apple blend with a lingering after-taste of Kashmiri apples. This mead will have an alcohol content of 6.5%.
