5 Fun Things To Do This Mother's Day

Divya posted on 05 May

Mother’s Day falls on this Sunday – May 13 – and it’s the perfect opportunity to do something special with your mum! Here are a few ways you could celebrate Mother’s Day with the perfect mother-daughter dates.

Take Her Out For A Meal

Nothing says ‘love’ like good food, and you’ll be spoilt for choice this Mother’s Day!
Enjoy a lunch or dinner ‘date’ with your mum at the Hyatt Regency’s ‘The Cafe’, and your mum’s meal is on the house! The offer extends only to one Mother per table, for the buffet or the Sunday ‘Eat Street Brunch’ at The Cafe, May 10 – 13; contact the Hyatt Regency (Viman Nagar) at +91 20 66451509 for reservations.
At Sheraton Grand on Bund Garden Road – each of the hotel’s restaurants will feature a specially crafted ‘Mother’s Day’ menu on May 13. Enjoy a brunch spread at Feast, an Italian meal at Bene, or an authentic Indian menu at Chingari. Eat at any of their in-house restaurants, and avail a special Shine Spa voucher for a 50% discount to be used at your convenience. Contact Sheraton Grand at 020 6641 1111 to make your bookings.
Coriander Kitchen at Conrad will be celebrating the occasion with a very special Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday. From a range of cuisines – Italian, Indian, Mexican, and ‘Continental’, to small bites, live counters (for stir-fry, pizza, pasta, etc.) and a decadent dessert selection – they’re pulling out all the stops. The brunch starts from 12.30PM onwards and will cost you INR 2400 (only food) or INR 3400 (food and alcohol), and you can reach Coriander Kitchen at +91 20 6745 6745 for enquiries.
Elephant & Co. in Kalyani Nagar is also hosting a Mother’s Day brunch, featuring a special menu by their head Chef Sohini Bhattacharyya’s own mum. Bring your mum along, and get your first round of drinks on the house! Brunch will cost you INR 1000 per head, for food and beer (12.00PM onwards); and you can also sip on sparkling Chandon for just INR 100 per glass (seriously) from 4 – 7 pm.
Last but not least, Murphies’ in Koregaon Park is offering a 30% discount on your total bill, if you bring your mum for a meal! Cheers to that!
