Grub Shub has an amazing combination of Indian and western food. Located near Karishma Society, this small and sweet place is perfect for some quick bites and not to mention the pancakes which I liked the most. Taste is exotic and also they have an interesting menu which includes Pancakes, Fries, Nachos, Burger, Pasta, Savoury waffle, Sandwich, Belgian waffle and Shakes with pocket-friendly rates.
If one is searching for some good savoury waffles, this place is recommended. The ambience is really nice with quite interesting taglines given on placards and also the Grubbie, their logo ambassador is too cute. So let's start with my food story, shall we?
1. Chocolate Addict Pancake- Soft pancakes filled with dark and white chocolate chips, chocolate sprinkles, sauce and cream. Yummy and chocolate lovers would love this.
2. Black Forest Pancake- Loved this and my favourite. Would recommend for sure.
3. Spicy Chicken Pasta- Honestly, the best one I had. The amount of cheese, filled with tender chicken pieces and spices was just too tasty. Each and every bite was yum.
4. Cookie Monster Shake- USP of this place, and suggested by the owner. The taste was really nice. The Cookie Monster shake is something I would taste again. The shake is perfectly blended with the right amount of ingredients.
5. Smooth Operator Shake- A yummy thick strawberries shake with digestive biscuits, vanilla ice cream to give a creamy texture to the shake.
6. Fries- Cripsy, cheesy, a bit spicy, saucy fries. Overall the taste was really good. Grubbie wanted to make me taste. I had tried Hong Kong, Mac and Cheese and Chipotle fries.
Service was good and would surely visit again. Happy eating!
