Does one really need any reasons or seasons to have ice or ice creams?
This summer I got introduced to this new place called SnowCafe India which is tucked in the by lanes of Bibvewadi!
They specialise in Taiwanese desserts! You heard me right! In fact, they are the first ones to introduce this dessert in Pune and mind you, all the raw materials are imported from Taiwan!
I tried their Taiwanese Snow Ice in Black Grapes flavour, the ice slab is already infused with flavour which is directly imported from Taiwan!✌🏻 One must definitely try this variant to beat this scorching heat!
Next up was another complete new variant of dessert:
It's perfect for this #halohalo weather!!🌞
"Halo-halo" means mix-mix.
Its a Filipino cold dessert consisting of layers of:
1) crushed ice
2) Whipped Cream
3) coconut meat (malai) along with mango pieces and mango syrup
Topped with jelly, sweetened beans (specially imported ) and a scoop of ice cream. Let's try another new dessert this summer
They even have a variety of savoury dishes, which I plan to try on my next visit. Until then, I would totally recommend these variants from The Snow Cafe India.
