This Little Pottery Studio In Bhugaon Is Baking Up Ceramic Dreams

    What Makes It Awesome

If you're a kitchen and food geek like us, you'll love having your breakfast and chai in these absolutely beautiful works of art. Handcrafted ceramic serveware and dinnerwares have an inexplicable charm and this Bhugaon boutique does absolute justice to the art.

Curators of Clay is a boutique ceramic design studio owned and run by two potters - Bhairavi Naik and Rohit Kulkarni. All of their creations are handcrafted from start to finish and are priced at INR 500 upward. The atelier specialises in bespoke functional ceramics - for tableware and home decor.

If vintage is your style, you'll be awed by their collection of ceramic dinner plates, serving bowls and platters. You can also enjoy your tea in ceramic mugs/ tea cups that are crafted to perfection. If you have an artistic eye, you'll appreciate the detailing of shaping and shading that goes into making of these plates.

We checked out their Insta store and absolutely loved every single piece. The next time we are in a gifting dilemma, we will either pick up the breakfast ensemble (a ceramic plate, bowl and a tumbler) for INR 1750 or a tea-time ensemble for INR 850 only! Their small plates collection starts at INR 400 a piece while the hand-rolled plates start at INR 800.

You can connect with them on Instagram and shop from their mini Insta store. You can also fix and appointment and visit the studio to take a personal look at all the creations. You can also get dinner sets or certain pieces customised as per your colour and design preference. If you like beautiful ceramics and would like to own art that you can use, you’ve come to the right place!
