The proximity of this luxurious resort to the city, yet how it’s unique enough to offer a real break from the city. The cottages are just what we need from a peaceful weekend – cosy, isolated and offering amazing views. We also think it’s worth visiting Kinara Village Dhaba – a plush restaurant on the Mumbai-Pune highway road nearby – for their North Indian cuisine. However be warned, monsoon season is super busy for them, so we suggest heading there early in the evenings.
