For savoury spreads: Works very well as salad dressings, soup flavouring, with grilled veggies and dips for bread and crackers. You may choose to dilute the product, at the time of use, by adding water or lime juice or any other.
For sweetened spreads: Add to the batter of muffins or cookies in place of oil/ butter; use as cupcake frosting or drizzle over desserts, ice cream, cookies, brownies, cakes, waffles, pancakes, breakfast bowls, fresh fruits and berries, spread on toast or crackers, use to make nut milk, smoothies or shakes.
