|How to use:||All their premixes have an option to add sugar substitutes like jaggery and alternatives to milk, making them vegan friendly.|
To make Doughnuts you need (250gm pack):
BawiWhisk premix, buttermilk, Oil or Butter. Mix the contents of the premix with little less than ½ cup buttermilk and 3 tbsp of melted butter in one bowl. Make into a slightly sticky dough and let it rest for 15 minutes. Lightly sprinkle flour on your countertop and roll your dough to 1 inch thickness. Cut out rings of 2.5-inch size doughnuts for best results. Heat oil for deep frying and fry the doughnuts until they turn light brown. Flip doughnuts at regular intervals. Remove and rest for 2 minutes before dusting with icing sugar or glazing with chocolate. Serve doughnuts warm or cold based on your preference.
