| How to use: | For a fragrant bath: 1. Add 4 to 6 drops of oil to your bathtub and soak for 20-30 minutes. 2. For a relaxing massage: Warm your favorite JC carrier oil, add a few drops of the essential oil to it, and indulge in a relaxing massage. As a Body Oil: Add a few drops of the essential oil to your favorite JC body oil and massage your damp skin after a shower. For aromatherapy: Use a few drops in a diffuser burner for aromatic use. Caution: May leave a residue on the bath floor and become slippery and require caution. It is advisable to refrain from the use of essential oils during pregnancy. |
