You hardly spot her in commercial cinema, rarely do you catch her getting papped at airports, and seldom wearing a boring outfit. Aditi Rao Hydari is the fashionista in question whom we have never seen in a bad outfit. Her sartorial choices are all about staying classic, exuding royalty, as well as her love of ethnic dressing, which ticks all the right boxes for us.

Her feed is the perfect place to look for festive fashion inspiration since it's filled with her wearing the most elegant traditional outfits, both couture and ready-to-wear. So we thought we would do a roundup of some ethnic labels we saw on her that we think are totally worth the money if you're looking for timeless pieces. From breezy cotton kurta sets to luxurious sarees, find a few of Aditi's favourite ethnic labels below:

The Boozy Button

The Boozy Button is a rage among easy-dressers who enjoy wearing breezy silhouettes with a splash of colour that makes their clothes statement-making at a glance. The eclectic quirky prints with mismatched pops of colours are their USP and would do the job of adding colour to your not-so-ethnic wardrobe for light festive outings like Diwali parties and mehendi or haldi functions quite well. They also have menswear and kidswear available so the whole family can wear matching fits too, if twinning is a thing for your fam.

Picchika

If you have a taste for the exclusive side of things, then this homegrown clothing label called Picchika should definitely be on your wishlist. Based out of Jaipur, all their clothes feature beautiful botanicals hand-painted by the skilled craftsmen of Jaipur. The brand pays an ode to feminine grace which they believe is best brought out by simplicity, thus, you will find all their clothes to have simpler patterns with clean silhouettes and quality fabrics. Their clothes are slightly pricey (starting at INR 15,500 for their sarees), but if you don't mind investing in sarees or kurtas that will last forever and may even become an heirloom, then don't think twice and jump right in.

Sureena Chowdhri

Sureena Chowdhri is a mid-luxury designer label based out of New Delhi that does the most amazing occasion wear with a good mix of contemporary and traditional designs. The embroidery on all garments is absolutely stunning, nothing looks overly jazzy or chaotic in terms of design. Their kaftans and kurta sets (as seen here on Aditi) are particularly stunning, and a great buy for the upcoming festive season if you prefer minimally designed tasteful clothes to heavily embellished ones.  If you are a bridesmaid, or even a bride, head to this website (or store in Delhi) to find stunning pieces without a doubt.

Shop Drzya By Ridhiiee Suuri is another mid-ranged designer label we spotted Aditi wearing. Their clothes look super cute and come in the most beautiful prints and embroideries in a variety of colours. We love how they have almost all your occasions covered with such a huge collection and have everything from sharara sets, kurta sets, kaftan sets and even light lehengas perfect for bridesmaids or baraatis. Apart from Aditi, they are also a hit among other A-listers like Janavi Kapoor, Dia Mirza and Sanjana Batra to name a few. Check them out if you have a wedding in the family and don't know where to start your shopping, you will definitely find a piece or two according to your liking here.

Who doesn't love Raw Mango? Raw Mango is every celebrity's (and even ours) favourite place to look for traditional handloom sarees that shine the spotlight on our country's rich weaving traditions. Raw Mango's chanderi sarees look absolutely ethereal and never miss the mark of elegance. Now, this is something expensive you should want to have in your wardrobe, a truly timeless possession that will not only stay relevant in your wardrobe but also for those whom you will pass them on to.

Punit Balana

Punit Balana is one of Aditi's go-to designers for anything traditional. We spotted her wearing the most sort-after designs from this label, be it kurti sets, extravagant couture lehengas, sarees, fusion sets, or even simple sharara sets. Spotted here on Aditi is their ivory kurta set with all-over Kalamkari patchwork embellished with gota and marodi Work. We love how Aditii has ditched sharara or palazzo pants and opted for churidars for a much simpler look. A little heavy on the pocket but we expected nothing else since it's a renowned designer, so you can stick to checking them out for special occasions.
