The no-frills eatery serves simple Maharashtrian meals at reasonable prices. Enjoy the simplicity and flavours of regional dishes, including jowar bhakri (sorghum flatbread), pithla (gram flour curry), chicken masala, mutton handi, puran poli, and more. How To Reach

The most convenient way to reach Bhandardara from Mumbai is by car. You can drive via NH160, which is the Mumbai-Nashik Highway. The roads are good and the views are amazing, especially as you approach Igatpuri. It's a 165 kilometres journey that will take you around 4 hours.

- The best time to visit Bhandardara is post-monsoon, anywhere between September to March as during then, the weather is at its best.

- Make sure to carry cash as not all places accept digital payments.
