Founded in 2012, Madame Hall creates handcrafted apparel using artisan-made textiles and beautiful Kutch embroidery, making each piece truly unique. The rich crafts of Kutch are integral to Madame Hall's designs, and the journey of its founder, Lisa Hall, is as inspiring as her love for fashion.
About Lisa Hall
Lisa Hall began by designing clothes for Australian women, drawing inspiration from her theatrical background to infuse a fabulous personality into each creation. She effortlessly blends Western flair with Indian aesthetics, resulting in dresses and tunics that highlight shape and proportion while honouring the rich legacy of textiles and art. Lisa shares, "I truly enjoy making clothes and pay attention to every detail in the creation of Madame Hall's handmade garments. That’s why I work alongside my two assistants in our Bhuj workshop every day. I design, create patterns, cut, and even sew, knowing exactly how I want each piece to be made."
From dresses and tunics to everyday tops, each piece is a beauty in its own right. The garments feature perfect volume, making them flattering for a variety of body types, and they’re sure to leave everyone asking where you found them. The meticulous attention to detail is evident in each item, with unique patches and embroidery that add a touch of fabulousness to everyday outfits.
If you adore bold, colourful, flowy dresses that exude boho-chic style, you need to explore Madame Hall. Their collection is available on Etsy, and they also offer customisation options.
