We can all agree that Delhi's heat is getting remarkably unbearable, with scorching temperatures setting up new records. The urge to escape the heat and drive all the way to nearby hill stations like Mussorie and Haridwar is real. If you have finally decided to take that much-needed trip to the mountains but are tired of all things mainstream and looking for a hidden gem to explore, keep reading to know more about Neer Garh Waterfalls in Rishikesh.

Neer Garh Waterfalls is situated approximately 10 km from Rishikesh, which can take you anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour to reach, depending on traffic. You will find its way from the main road to Badrinath and Kedarnath. The route to the waterfall is serene, which you can easily cover by booking a local taxi or renting a scooter. You'll have to hike before reaching the main spot; it's a moderate hike with slightly steep sections, but it can be managed easily. There are many waterfalls throughout the way and the most gorgeous views once you reach.

The waterfall's pressure is quite high, so beware not to attempt standing directly under it for a longer amount of time. The surrounding area is also pretty well-managed. You can find many food stalls and eateries nearby, and people roll in big groups to enjoy the fresh water and its panoramic views.

If you decide to rent either a scooty or a cab, expect to shell out INR 1,000 for a round trip. We recommend reserving just a day for the waterfall, and then you can go back to doing a yoga retreat or relaxing in Rishikesh. It is the perfect location to check out, and we surely know that any nature lover would absolutely treasure this memory.
