Even the thought of going out in this unprecedented heatwave is enough for us to start metaphorically melting. We’re going to be the first ones to petition for making rotting away in our rooms a cool summer plan. If you too, plan to be cooped up in your rooms all summer with AC blasting at the max, with your tub of chocolate ice cream and binge-watching till your eyes hurt, the least we can do for you is make sure your watchlist is up to date. Friends, here are all the movies and TV shows that are releasing on OTT in this hot month of June, let’s dive in.
June Watchlist: From The Bear To The Boys, The Best OTT Releases For This Month
The Bear Season 3
The Bear fans, you can release that breath you were holding because it's back for another season. Carmy (he didn't freeze to death!) and Co are back once again in their ‘dysfunctional’ kitchen, and we're excited to see what they will be up to. For the uninitiated, this super hit dramedy has won several awards and features fan-favourite Jeremy Allen White, meaning if you still haven't seen the show, you better do it now. There will be a lot of dreamy-looking dishes being prepared, and we’re going to be living our dreams of opening a restaurant through the show.

The Boys Season 4
Things are about to get diabolical once again as The Boys are back. Butcher is the main character, and he, along with his team, is trying to negate the compound V-juiced superheroes who are actually villains led by Homelander. The season 4 trailer tells us that Butcher doesn't have many days to live but has found a virus that kills supes. What’s next? War, bloodshed, and The Boys-style gore ensue with limbs popping, bloodbaths, and whatnot. We could spend another paragraph ranting about whether or not Jensen Ackles will be back, but that wouldn't be appropriate.

My Lady Jane
If Bridgerton has got you stuck in the period drama hangover, Prime Video has its own very interesting offering. My Lady Jane, based on the book of the same name, is "an uproarious historical fantasy that’s not to be missed" (Publishers Weekly). It is a historical fiction about what if the 9-day queen Lady Jane had not been executed. The trailer is hilarious, meta and is everything one would not expect from a regency-era drama, for example, profanities.

It’s loosely based on the unbelievable true story of Gary Johnson, a straight-laced professor who discovers that he has a hidden talent as a fake hitman. Things start to go off the bat when he falls in love with one of his clients, igniting a chain reaction of trouble. The movie has a lot of fun themes, noir, screwball comedy, thriller, romance, and also hints of philosophy for Gary is a philosophy and psychology professor after all. The First Omen
Although the movie is not technically releasing in June, we have added it to the list because it can be a part of the June watchlist for our dear users who love the experience of being scared out of their wits and would pester all their friends and dates to watch a horror movie with them. The First Omen is a prequel to The Omen (1976) and the sixth film in The Omen franchise. Although the trailer is sinister and scary, we can’t tell much of the story from it. The official plot tells us that it’s about a young American woman who is sent to Rome to begin a life of service to the church but uncovers a terrifying conspiracy that hopes to bring about the birth of evil incarnate.
