Ready, Set, Binge: OTT Releases We're Excited For In The Month Of November!
Aarya Season 3
Man, what do we tell you! The trailer of the third season of this popular series gave us literal goosebumps. Sushmita Sen’s Aarya has won the hearts of many, starting right from the first season, even bagging a nomination at the International Emmy Awards. While our hearts skipped a beat at the first shot of the trailer where Aarya was being shot, the rest of the trailer only promised an action-packed ride with Aarya in the front seat. It seems that now the tigress has fully embraced her ferocious side, and is unafraid to show her teeth to anyone who comes in her way. Sen is also seen sword fighting in the trailer, a feat we’re excited to witness.

007: Road To A Million
To all those of you who want to know what it’s like to live in an action movie, you’re going to love this one. If you’ve ever wanted to do what James Bond does, that is, climbing a crane, balancing atop a moving train and driving an Aston Martin down winding hills…you'll certainly enjoy this reality show as nine pairs of real, everyday people do all this for the prize of one million pounds! Hosted by Succession star Brian Cox, who seems to be the ‘controller’ and the mastermind behind the challenges, it’ll be fun to see people do these secret-agent themed challenges for real.

All The Light We Cannot See
Based on the Pulitzer prize-winning novel of the same name by Anthony Doerr, All The Light We Cannot See is set during World War II. It revolves around a blind french girl, Marie-Laure LeBlanc (played by newcomer Aria Mia Loberti), who along with her dad (played by Mark Ruffalo) takes refuge in a St. Malo. Netflix tells us, 'Together they share a secret connection that will become a beacon of light that leads them through the harrowing backdrop of WWII.' The series also stars Dark actor Louis Hofmann and House M.D. actor Hugh Laurie. The trailer looks quite promising.

Squid Game The Challenge
It seems like October is the month for reality shows, because here’s another one! Now, when the world collectively (us included) was obsessively watching Squid Game, the South-Korean survival drama, the last thing on our mind was being inside the game… It was terrifying to say the least, but now Netflix has turned it into a reality TV competition. No one dies though! Basically, the players will enter the Squid Game-themed arena, which is basically exactly the same set, the same setting, the same iconic red-dressed men, the same younghee and the same challenges, the difference simply being that instead of being shot to death, you’ll be shot with paint. Phew! The players will compete for a whopping price of 4.46 million dollars. Let’s see what happens when a cult-favourite TV series becomes a reality show!

The Railway Men
The much-awaited collaboration between Netflix and Yash Raj Films is finally coming to our laptop screens on 18 November. Starring exceptional actors like R. Madhavan, Kay Kay Menon, Divyenndu and Babil Khan, The Railway Men is set amidst the 1984 Bhopal gas tragedy, and recounts the courageous and poignant tale of the unsung heroes, 'the brave railway workers risk their lives to save others in the face of an unspeakable disaster.' It’s a four-episode miniseries and is inspired by true stories.

P.I. Meena
A new crime investigation drama on Amazon Prime, starring our favourite Tanya Maniktala! (Loved her in Tooth Pari, anyone?) Of course, ‘there’s a new private investigator in town,’ and boy are we excited. The story is about a young, troubled woman, our private detective who gets wrapped up in an ‘unsolvable mystery.’ As per the official plotline, she 'gets drawn into an unfathomable whirlwind of deception and unending conspiracies.' We need no more convincing, we’re adding it to our watchlist!

LEO
There are a lot of times when we don’t want to commit to the process of watching a heavy and lengthy TV series, which, no matter how thrilling and addictive, seems like a lot to do. For these times we look for a light, no-brainer film, one that will adequately make us laugh and smile. Leo is one such film. An animated film about a 74-year-old lizard of the same name, voiced by Adam Sandler, Leo seems like a fun watch. After realising that it’s old and wasting away its life in a school terrarium, Leo jumps at the chance of freedom, quoting something like ‘finally living his life,’ which is when a child finds out that it can speak! A lot of fun, drama and heartwarming moments ensue.
