Panchali Mahendra is a force in the luxury hospitality industry, helming Atelier House Hospitality, a boutique award-winning restaurant group that owns some of the most spectacular restaurants in UAE, Saudi Arabia, the USA and India (with some of them being Michelin Guide restaurants), including our favourite Inja in Delhi. Panchali was also recognised by Forbes as one of the 20 leaders in the F&B luxury dining industry in the Middle East last year so you can bet she's undoubtedly a prominent mover and shaker in this sphere, churning nothing but amazing F&B concepts for us to enjoy, with a few more lined up for launching in the next year or so.

As someone who knows the ins of this area, we decided to ask her about her favourite restaurants founded by women across the world to bring some spotlight on this Women's Day. Here's what she shared with us:
