Founded by Gunveet and Riya, Paws & Poses is one of the most popular names in the puppy yoga scene in Delhi. We have had the privilege to attend one of their sessions which included relaxing yoga poses under the guidance of a certified yoga teacher and a sizeable team of volunteers who take care of them during the session. They conduct their sessions in different studios and only accommodate a handful of people, so you really have to keep an eye out for the tickets.

Pawsy Club curates puppy yoga sessions across Delhi NCR and most of their sessions take place in Gurgaon and Noida. What I love about their sessions is that they provide yoga mats, so no need for you to lug yours around. Each 60 minute session is split in two halves — in the first 30 minutes, you do some light yoga. Then comes the 30 minutes that are pure bliss where you have puppy playtime, some welcome drinks on the house and optional polaroid picture (at an extra charge). The breeds for every session are announced 3 days before the schedule on their Instagram as they partner with local breeders for the puppies, who are eventually returned to the breeder.

Barket India has more than just puppy yoga — they also host paint-with-puppies events. Across Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. Their yoga sessions are beginner friendly and guided by instructors who can accommodate people with all experience levels. You get 40 minutes of light yoga followed by 20 minutes of puppy snuggles and play. All their events are Indie-only events as they collab with NGOs and shelter homes for puppies.
