What Makes It Awesome?

The Petite Bakery by Afshan Rubb Oskam is who you need to call whenever you feel like having tea like the Queen. For you see, the baker dolls out batches of scones, signature bars, and loaves of caramelised banana bread come tea time or when you are having a little get together. Or when you are craving for scones. You can order these scones (she does cheese, cream and cranberries) fresh off the oven or frozen ready-to-bake. All you got to do with the frozen ones are pop them into an oven and boom, you've got yourself a nice little scone to pop in during the day or have it with breakfast.

Her signature bars -- lemon, almond & date, and gooey oats -- can be made into a tart with eight generous slices or 16 skinny's (that's what she calls them). The bars, she claims, are all made with premium ingredients with lemons imported from Italy and the rich, dark Belgian chocolate she uses for the gooey oats is Callebaut. The almond & date bars are health bars are for anyone watching their diet; dates, almond butter, toasted almonds and zero refined sugar make up the ingredients. The banana bread is made using amaranth, whole wheat, and all-purpose flour with walnuts and Belgian dark chocolate. Sounds yum, right?

Apart from all this, you can also order signature granola that's free of refined sugar and full of rolled oats, flax & chia seeds, walnuts, almonds, and dried fruits.

How Much Did It Cost?
