Bangalore (and India’s) first Improv Festival is kicking off its first edition on the 21st of November for all you improvised theatre performance (and comedy of course) fans. Seeing a host of international as well as home grown acts grace the stage, including the country’s all-women ensemble - The Adamant Eves.
The five-day festival will also feature workshops by big names in the Improv comedy circuit every day. From storytelling and music to workshops on empathy and silence, the slots for them are filling up fast. Most of the events are participatory, especially the workshops, so sign up for the latter if you’re really looking to explore the space. Performances by the improv teams across the week are open to the general public, but you’ll have to buy tickets of course.
