What Is It?

People for Cattle In India is organising the second edition of Bangalore Opts To Adopts, an adoption drive to support foster parents of rescued pets who wish to give their pets up for adoption. Around 35 rescued animals are up for adoption including cats, dogs and even guinea pigs.

Who Is It For?

It's for anybody who loves animals, particularly cats and/or dogs. If you've been meaning to adopt one for a while, to take care of it and if you already have a pet and would like to add more to your happy family, this is a great chance.

Why Should I Go For It?

This adoption drive is to show support for the LGBT community, post the unfortunate shoot-out in Orlando earlier this year. Any pet adopted from the drive gets a life-long medical concession of 20 per cent at Cessna Hospital. They also get a 50 per cent discount at Petspace and Tailspin, which are boarding hostels for animals, just in case you want to go out of town. They are also entitled to a one-year 25 per cent discount at Dogsee Chew, which sells healthy treats for pets. Wait! There's more! The adopted pets also get a 33 per cent discount on a subscription at Canine Cuisine, which delivers fresh, homemade food for dogs. First of a kind, Bangalore Opts To Adopt also cares about rights of animals, which is why all adopted pets get free legal assistance from Legal Aid, run by high court lawyer Shreya Paropkari in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana. So brace yourselves for an adorable addition to your lives, guys!
