Can't Step Out For Groceries? Get Them Home Delivered By The Friendly Neighbourhood BBMP Volunteers

BBMP and the Karnataka State Disaster Management Authority have launched a doorstep delivery service to ensure that you don't need to step out to get groceries during this lockdown period. The COVID-19 Home Delivery service is a WhatsApp and call-based service wherein folks can send a text on WhatsApp to the COVID-19 helpline number 080 6191 4960 to place their orders. You can also place an order by calling the same number. Available all around Bangalore, all you need to do is drop in a WhatsApp text with either the list of things you require or a photo of the list. You can even send a picture of the doctor’s prescription in case you are ordering medicines. Once you've placed an order, you will get an SMS with the order ID and bill details. You can pay when the order is being delivered to your doorstep. 

A flat delivery fee of INR 10 is charged per delivery and there will be no refund, no returns or no exchanges on the orders placed. You can take a look at the creative to see the entire process.
