China Bistro has introduced a special menu for the Chinese New Year. There are a variety of delectable dishes to choose from. The preparation of crispy fried vegetables in black bean sauce was perfect. I also relished Hangzhou Chicken wrapped in Lotus leaves. It is slow cooked with Asian vegetables. Chestnuts added a crunch. A well-balanced mix of chicken and veggies make it high on nutrition value. Ming Ling Spicy BBQ fish is q must try. The flavours have been blended property to retain the texture. The burst of flavours in the Vegetable Sri Lankan curry adds to the experience. The generous portion size is a plus. I would recommend the pot meals, Vegetable Thai Green Curry Pot meal with Jasmine rice and pumpkin crackers being my favourite. Baked moon cake, the traditional Cantonese Dessert is my favourite. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience at China Bistro. The service is commendable.
