Taking off on the fact that it’s the year of the Monkey (meaning it is expected to be energetic and inventive), the menu follows suit. The feast begins with an array of dim sum, and while the mains are the usual on offer, dessert makes things exciting with Crunchy Caramel with Honeycomb ice cream. Plus, a cocktail called the Cherry Chaser has been crafted with an infusion of Mandarin, Gin and Cointreau.
