Fire Monkey, Flaming Fatty is the celebration of The Fatty Bao, and you are in for a real treat. As the name suggests, the food goes flaming with dishes like Baozi (smoked BBQ pork), Dragon Sushi, Jiaozi, Cantonese Sweet and Sour Chicken, Ramen Noodles and Steamed Red Snapper. Make sure you drink their special cocktails, conjured up for the New Year. We’re not sure what goes in them but the Oriental Blossom and Sparkling Lantern sound pretty prosperous.

Nothing extravagant but rather traditional, this place is serving up the authentic Pineapple Tart. Buttery and melt in the mouth, you can get a free tart on the first day of the celebrations, Monday, February 8, and then you can buy them until Saturday, February 13.
