The true hot pot experience is what you get here. This restaurant on Baniyas Road along the Dubai Creek will mesmerise you and leave you wanting for more. This is my most favourite hot pot place ever. {Yet to try in China though}.
For Starters, you get a hot cauldron full of chicken broth that rests on the hot plate at the centre of each table and then follows a selection of meats and veggies to go along. You can order sides such as noodles or sticky rice to go with the meat. Once the broth bubbles, you can put the thinly sliced veggies and meat in and wait for a couple of minutes for it to cook. Then sieve out the contents and enjoy.
The best thing I like here is the sauce buffet. It's really good. You can go innovative and make your own concoctions as well.
