I decided to try the new summer menu at Sanchez and it superseded all my expectations. The chef arranged a live session wherein he made the Mango Guacamole which was delicious. Their new summer menu has a lot of mango based dips on it.
Their avocado cocktails, although quite potent, were pretty delish. The Tres Leches is one of their must-try desserts. Overall I enjoyed the chill summer vibes and had a really good experience.
