Located in the charming White Town, DisDis & Co is hard to miss as it’s done up beautifully. With white walls and a red stripe running across that looks like a ribbon wrapping up this lovely gift, it’s quite pretty before you even enter it. Walk in and you’ll find a gorgeous little eatery, with many seating spaces indoors and outdoors set up with plush sofas or simple chairs and tables. Set in an old-school building featuring classic Portuguese architecture, you can find antique furniture hidden in corners of the place and their neat little bar is ever so tempting. Come night time and this place becomes a lovely spot for date nights. All lit up, the mood here is nice and romantic. And if you’re lucky, there’ll be a live music act to serenade the two of you.

Run by Disa Gudmundsdottir, a designer from Iceland, the cafe’s menu features plenty of European classics — from ratatouille, pastas and coq au vin too. Fancy, no? Indian eats like malai kofta, kormas and rogan josh find a place on the menu as well. Their prices are a welcome change from the eye-popping rates of the metropolitan eateries we frequent, starting at just INR 150.

Apart from having a boutique right there, the cafe also hosts a bunch of parties and event. From live music acts to Halloween costume parties, DisDis & Co seems like the place to be.
