What You Need
1 cup peanuts (or 150 grams)
1 each of carrot (can be grated), cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, lemon
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper (or chilli powder)
1/2 onion
Steps:
1. Boil the Peanuts in a pressure cooker for 5-6 whistles (or 20 mins)
2. chop the veggies into tiny pieces
3. Add the veggies and peanuts into a bowl and add the salt, spices, and lemon juice. Garnish with coriander leaves
