Winning For

The ridiculously cheap unlimited thali that will leave you feeling fully satisfied be it lunch or dinner.

Lowdown On The Ambience

Situated between South Indian eatery UpSouth and Cafe Coffee Day on 6th Block Koramangala, Shree Shyam Thali has a mess-like ambience. A small eatery with minimal fuss and decor, you have plastic stools and wooden tables for seating.

Unlimited Satisfaction

The North Indian-Rajasthani inspired vegetarian menu is limited but sumptuous especially when you are on your last INR 500 of the month. The highlight of the place is the thali that consists of two sabzis {dry & gravy}, daal or kadhi, rice, and rotis. We love the home-made taste of the sabizs {usually aloo, tomato, and channa}, daal, and kadhi. Being an unlimited thali, we crammed our mouths with the spicy potato sabzi and the super-soft rotis. The service is quite quick and there’s always someone to refill your plate with piping hot kadhi and daal. Also, we must say that we really love the white rice and kadhi combo. Apart from the unlimited meal, you can also go for smaller meals such as the puri-sabzi, roti-sabzi, and kichdi. And yes, being a Rajasthani place, you do get your Daal Batti Churma and Litti Chokka Daal {this one’s a Bihari dish} as well.

So We Are Thinking..

Even if we aren’t broke, we are definitely going back for the unlimited thali. Maybe making this place a regular will finally cut down on our lunch expenses.

#LBBTip

The place is usually crowded during weekday lunch hours as a lot of office people frequent here between 1 and 2.30 pm. So be sure to reach here by noon to avoid the rush.
