Who isn’t a fan of delicious, moist and delightful cupcakes? Well, my family is. Everyone thoroughly enjoys the cakes and cupcakes and makes us explore many places around the city, searching for hidden treasure. There is an ocean of home bakers in Namma Bengaluru but only a few stand out among them.
‘Frostbite’ is one such baker who bakes some amazing cupcakes and chocolates which are 100% eggless and not fondant cakes. Starting in Nov 2019, they became popular for cupcakes, dessert jars and homemade chocolate for their amazing taste and quality of the product.
We ordered a few cupcakes, chocolates and a granola jar. The cupcakes were packed in a firm plastic container which would not allow them to wobble around the box, also it cannot soak the box with moisture and disturb the frosting. We have seen many cupcakes and cakes which would soak the box with its syrup or moisture and it would be soggy by the time we have it.
The Vanilla cupcake with white chocolate ganache was truly remarkable. It was colourful like a unicorn with little sparkles on top, neat & clean and the frosting would just melt as you eat them; also the cupcake was soft, moist and had the right amount of sweetness. We are pretty sure it can lure any kid or tempt any adult to eat them fully without sharing it with anyone.
For all the chocolate lovers out there, their chocolate cupcake is absolutely worth giving a shot !! The chocolate ganache was amazing topped with little sugar hearts on them making it cute as well as scrumptious. They also take orders for customised birthday cakes, chocolates and dessert jars. Also, their granola jar as well as chocolates, especially Oreo, are also noteworthy.
