This Thursday, Sit Back And Watch The Usual Suspects At This Open-Air Film Screening

What Is It?

If you didn’t catch the outdoor screening of The Godfather that happened last month, now’s your chance to make up for it by watching yet another cinematic masterpiece under the stars at 153 Biere Street this Thursday. Yep! The Sunset Cinema Club, a community of film buffs known for organising unconventional film screenings, is back with its second edition of Movies and Chill and this time we’ll be watching The Usual Suspects. Watch the crime mystery outdoors and figure out who this infamous Keyser Soze is. Here’s a tip: The truth is always in the last place you look.

Who Is It For?

This one is for all you film enthusiasts and pop culture nerds out there. Even if you’ve seen the film a hundred times, you’ve probably never seen the Bryan Singer classic like this before. This is also for those who want to break away from the whole multiplex drill and experience a different film viewing experience right under the stars.

Why Should I Go For It?

Because how often do you get to watch a film under the open night sky? Now’s your chance to do just that and catch a screening of a brilliant film that fellow Bangaloreans voted to watch in an online poll. If we are to go by the last Movies and Chill film screening, expect a set themed after The Usual Suspects to be created at the venue. Apart from being a great place to sit back and watch the film, 153 Biere Street boasts of many restaurants too where you can load up on food and beverages while you are there. With The Biere Club right there, we’re planning to pair our movie with a nice cold mug of beer. The screening has a limited seating capacity and can hold just 250 to a maximum of 300 people, so hurry up and book your tickets. We’ll see you there!

When: Thursday, November 16

Where: 153 Biere Street, Hagadur Main Road, Next to Prestige Ozone, Whitefield

Timings: 7pm-10pm
