Berry-Infused Seasonal Menu

What Makes It Awesome

The holiday season is here, and it's time for merrymaking! What better way to do that than to visit a fabulous Pan-Asian restaurant at the iconic New Indian Express building.

For those who have already visited 1Q1, you know how great the place is. The fantastic mix of Japanese and Peruvian flavours will please your palate. The ambience is art deco inspired with huge vaulted arches that flood the space with sunlight.

They have now introduced a berry-infused seasonal menu to bring in the festivities of this joyous month. Yes, you heard us right! A carefully curated menu with the most exotic berries that include strawberries, cranberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries. The menu offers a select Pan-Asian preparation of experimental ingredients and unique combinations that will leave you craving for more.

The menu ranges from salads, appetisers, and melt-in-the-mouth desserts, all with a blast of berries.

The salads - Summer In A Bowl and Strawberry Sunrise are both out of the world with crisp spears of lettuce, fresh berries, nuts, creamy poppy seeds dressing, and olive oil dressing respectively.

The appetisers are delectable. The Tostadas are tossed with Thai spicy glaze on toasted tortilla chips. The sweet and spicy wings with berry topping and the crisp wonton cups topped with variations of Thai spiced tofu and Korean gochujang sauce chicken are mouth-watering.

The desserts, well, they are toothsome. They will satiate all your berry cravings. Strawberries with chocolate and white chocolate dipping, berry tart, raspberry pannacotta, and a potpourri of layered sponge cake are not only offbeat but delicious.
