Sanjana took her first yoga class in 2011 and wasn’t too convinced, initially, but she knew there was more to the art. In 2013, she took a teacher’s training course and that’s what got her hooked. She claims her classes are gentle but challenging and helps build strength while pushing the limits of your body more and more everyday. She also teaches Yin Yoga which focuses more on improving circulation and flexibility. You’re sure to learn something different everyday with Sanjana’s approach to this ancient art.
