What Is It?

Love travelling, and enjoy listening to stories? What if both were brought together with an engaging talk? If that sounds like a good way to kick back on a weekday evening, then we suggest you bookmark The Lime Diaries, a monthly talk series. Helmed by the city-based travel company, Byond Travel, this one puts the 'lime' light on stories from the road, told by avid travellers and enthusiasts from different walks of life. With the series turning one this month, they are all set to take it up a notch with their upcoming session which includes a lineup of speakers who have gone beyond the ordinary with their accomplishments.

Who Is It For?

When it's a combination of wanderlust and true tales from life, it's really for everyone. Why would you not like anything to do with travel? From aspiring and devoted travellers to anyone who loves an interesting story, this one's great if you want to unwind on a Tuesday evening.

Why Should I Go For It?

Well, for the lineup if not for the joy of listening to those captivating stories, we say! Talking about his life on the road will be Sharath Gayakwad, a para swimmer {and multiple medalist at the 2014 Asian Para Games}. For the adventurous folks, look out for Satyarup Siddanta as he recounts his experience of having climbed seven of the highest peaks in the world. Wildlife biologist, Sanjay Gubbi's session will revolve around big cats, conservation and the his experience of surviving a leopard attack.
