Copper chimney is a one of the oldest and best Indian cuisine restaurant in Bangalore there are very few restaurant who serves Indian food at the best , this place adds to that best list , Copper chimney as spread there chains throughout India since 1972 and most of the recipes are back then .
I had chance to drop on a Sunday brunch with few friends at Koramangala branch which as recently shifted to new road which is just opposite to fava bistro , easy to find address.
Place spreads for two floors which as yellow and blue colour coding interior with comfortable seating ,best natural lighting and indoor n outside seating arrangements.
Coming to food and which I liked there and definitely going back to try it are
Starters :-
- Paneer tikka - was juicy and cooked with best ingredients
- Veg seekh kabab - very tasty and good one
- Mutton seekh kabab- was good and tender
- Bhatti murg - this was my favourite in started perfectly done
And comes the main course :-
- Indian breads was severed hot and soft
- Paneer masala was good with breads
- Murgh makhani
- Parda gosht biryani - this was the star I just loved it such finely cooked and plated
And finally desserts :-
- Muzaffer - such fruitful feeling too good
- Almond phirni chikki - if I think of this I get craving never miss this one
- Patiala kulfi - too good to have all time
Service was quick and professional , the staff was so knowledgable and guided us in choosing the menu and well trained .
I had a pleasant dining experience with food of the most exquisite flavours
Overall I like this place I highly recommend going to Copper chimney
