For all those times that your card fails you when you try to pay, and creates endless frustration, someone somewhere is making your {and our} lives easier, at least in the transport department. That someone is Uber, now accepting cash payment for any ride you take.
They launched the cash option on 2nd September ’15 {the same day as a labour strike incidentally} to make travelling through the city a touch more convenient. The option is available in Delhi and Bangalore, with more cities on their radar.
