On offer here are pre-fixed combinations like the American Classic {waffles with maple syrup}, and versions such as Fruit Exotica {topped with seasonal fruits, whipped cream and honey} and Choco Eclair {waffle with Oreo, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce and choco chips} to choose from.

Their do-it-yourself option lets you pick your kind of waffle {regular, eggless, chocochip or brownie} and pile on as many toppings as you want {INR 40 for each topping} from their list of sauces, creams, fruits and add-ons {fancy having some Snickers, Kit Kat or Gems on your waffle?}. If you aren’t really into the sweet stuff, go for their recently introduced Savoury Waffle that comes with mixed herbs, cheese, mayo, chilli ketchup and salad, served with a side of fries.

The Choco Blast {brownie waffle with chocolate ice-cream, chocolate sauce and choco chips} had enough to please the chocoholic in us, but sadly, the waffle was not as fluffy as we’d have liked it to be. However, the Very Berry, a regular waffle topped with cranberries and a dash of Mixed Berries Sauce, almost made up for that with its light texture and the fruity flavours. Want something to top it off? Pair your waffles with a steaming cup of Caramel Mocha or Hot Chocolate.

Think checkered floor, glass-top tables and our favourite part – swing seats! Done up in bright orange and white, it is a bit hard to find, inspite of being located right in the middle of the busy Brigade Road.

While they may not be the best waffles in town, we might just head there to try some of the other flavours and combinations. And, for the swing seats, of course.
