Mandalpatti is approximately 25 kilometers away from the town of Madikeri. You can only reach here by offroading on jeeps.
It will cost you around INR 1800 for a roundtrip back to the town.
The place is amazing and I was blown away. The road is rough and only jeeps can make it up, your vehicles aren't allowed on this path. The view from the top is breathtakingly beautiful and the winds will make it hard for you to stand still. The ride is scenic and totally worth it.
