While there are no due dates or fines, you've got to pay a registration fee and a security deposit (refundable) of INR 300 each. You can subscribe to a 6 months membership or an annual one. The pricing changes based on the number of books you wish to get delivered per month (you get to pick from 1 to 4 books). They also don't charge for delivery!
