Ever wondered what it would be like to camp on the beach? Well wonder no more. Exoticamp, the popular activity promoter has organised a weekend getaway right here at Covelong Point, just next to the surf school, Surf Turf. The two day camp, will start as you reach the camp site on the beach, Saturday, March 31 afternoon. You’ll be provided with tents and sleeping bags, along with meals during your stay there. Dinner, we’re told is from the Surf Turf restaurant and will feature locally made seafood from their kitchen. The highlight of the event is that you’re on the beach, so there’s plenty of fun to be had be it from playing in the water and sitting by the ocean. There’s games like football and frisbee that you can play with your fellow camp mates, but most importantly there’s surfing at Surf Turf! The camp ends on Sunday, post sunrise where you’re treated to a nice big breakfast at Surf Turf, before your departure.

For one fee of INR 2,200, they cover all expenses for the two days you’re there, provide the equipment and organise the camp site and even arrange for campfires on the beach! All that’s left is that you bring the S’mores! The tie up with Surf Turf for the event also means that it’s a great way to try out surfing too, so if that’s something you’ve been meaning to tick off your bucket list, this event is for you too!
