What Makes It Awesome?

It is the time of the year when haleem is the talk of the town. We chennaites have very well adopted it since the past few years. Haleem is basically an Arabic dish. It is a stew made of meat, spices, lentils and pounded wheat which is made into a thick paste. It is cooked in a cauldron over low flame for about 7-8 hrs. There is so much ghee and the meat is perfectly blended and you cannot find chunks of meat in it. It's not just about the quality but also it is rich and filling. The spoonful of haleem just melted in my mouth while its divine taste still lingered in my taste buds for a long time. Pista house has always been the people's favourite haleem destination. If you haven't tried it yet just go n grab immediately because of its availability only during the Ramadan season.
